Summit360’s 360-Degree Feedback Program is a powerful, fire-service-focused tool designed to spark real leadership growth by measuring what truly matters. We’ve partnered with TruScore, a leader in evidence-based feedback assessments, to deliver a process that goes far beyond generic evaluations. Using TruScore’s robust and research-backed competency library, we craft custom surveys tailored to the unique leadership dynamics of the fire service. Unlike traditional assessments that focus on personality traits, our approach zeroes in on observable behaviors—the actions that drive team performance, trust, and organizational culture.

In collaboration with our Master Coach Erin Hirschland and an experienced Fire Chief, we’ve curated a specialized set of competencies that reflect the most critical aspects of Fire Leadership—such as decision-making under pressure, team communication, integrity, emotional intelligence, and operational leadership. Feedback is gathered from all levels—peers, direct reports, supervisors, and self—to provide a true 360-degree view of a leader’s impact. The result?
